Dresden City Art Museum
The exhibition “Painting and Sculpture from 1900 to the Present” in the Städtische Galerie offers an insight into the art history of the 20th and 21st centuries, in particular the Dresden art scene. In an exciting tour, you will experience paintings and sculptures from 1900 to the present day that are closely linked to the city's art history. In addition to famous names such as Otto Dix, Hermann Glöckner and A.R. Penk, you will also get to know important regional artists. One focus of the exhibition is dedicated to art from the GDR. 8 euros per person, 6 euros reduced, free admission on Fridays from 12 noon, free admission with Dresden Pass and for children under 7 years of age, as well as other discounts
