Visit us in our Tourist Information Office in the Palace of Culture or in our Tourist Information Office in the main station. The Palace of Culture (Kulturpalast) is located on Wilsdruffer Straße across from the Altmarkt.

Access for disabled guests

Our Tourist Information Office in the Palace of Culture is situated on the ground floor and achievable at ground level. The double doors open easily by pressing the door opener. A eurokey for handicapped accessible toilets can be borrowed for a deposit.
